If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account, select the order from your history, and click 'Request Return' to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Items

  Place the items in the original shipping box or any sturdy packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated courier or visit any of our physical boutique locations for an in-store return.
